meaningless discussions attact on mylot...beware of that please

i am not perfect and i have many friends here but;
in these days when i opened 'the discusions new' part,i see many discussions from new members and mostly meaningless .
i dont wanna say negative things of course and i cant protest it,actually i dont wanna protest too.
but it looks little bit bad.
i mean before i saw 2 or 3 discussions that started by same person ,but they were generally good and thoughtfull discussions from experinced users.
i just wanna say it,maybe some people still cant understand mylot.
of course we write we earn,but it doesnt mean ,we can share anything or we can open many meaningless discussions, dont you think so?
i am personally before opening a new topic ,really thinking on it,and plan how to write then i post it.so as i can understand from my experiences,this kind of discussions get good responses.
but now on mylot,there are many discussions that i dont know how to response or i cant figure out how i can write a response to.
so please tell me,is that ok sending many and meaningless discussion in a rash?
or we should think and plan how to create a discussions?
why many new members do this?
please tell me your opinions about it?

Nice discussion friend and I want to say I started only one or two discussion daily but not meaningless shared specially life incidents or funny experience here. Like last week I started a discussion on my husband and mosquitoes he spend his sleeping time behind killing mosquitoes so I fight with him in funny way and I started discussion on it. My most of the discussion is on recent news or on my danger and sweet hubby. I agree with you some new even some old user also started lots of discussion in one day but few are good and few are just time pass. I think you are new member here but good observation.

I don't get involved in what others do here at mylot...I like being
here and I respect everyone...Everyone can't post like me and I don't
expect them too...so when I come across a post that I either don't
understand, think is crazy or I just don't care to respond to I just
automatically skip over it weather its my friends post or a total stranger.
I don't feel obligated to have to respond to any post...I feel its
my choice....I post when I feel like I have something to post about..
I have no control of what others post about...They have admin to
monitor the post and responses...I just don't feel its my position to
monitor anyone here...I skip and keep going... Its just one mylotters

Don't worry about warning them, they will learn soon enough when mylot repeatedly deletes their discussions. Its a learning curve I think we all have to go through when first coming aboard. I've been on mylot for 6 years now...and have seen many repetitiousness discussions ...and most get deleted once mylot admins catch wind. So just enjoy your time here- post on discussions that do peak your interest..and those others that seem meaningless to you- leave to others to respond ;)

If those discussions aren't deleted by the admins, it means they are okay, right? 
So if you don't know how to respond, skip them. It's that simple actually.
Everybody wants to earn money and they have different thoughts about posting the discussions. So as long as they don't violate the guidelines, then it's no problem.

SOmetimes a post my seem that way to some people, but not to all. I try and post good posts here. But every once in awhile someone isnt going to like a post say I make.

I am completely new here and yes my first goal to join here was to earn money. I don't have any experience in writing/communication skills. I also started some meaningless discussions. I hope i will learn more in time from helpful people like you to express in a better way.
And, personally I think it's okay to posting anything and everything to mylot, if he/she need to know something about his personal life.
Some discussions which I don't like are those new discussion, which actually I don't understand, what he/she is talking about.
But, I am sure they will learn with time. If the new posts will not be allowed, they will be discouraged to moving further, which is not good according to me.
Anyway, Thanks for a nice post like this

thought it out but again those new ones get in too much of a hurry and right they write the thoughtless poorly worded discussions turning them out by a dozen as some benighted fool is still telling newbies that they get paid for all those good responses. .WELL LISTEN UP PEOPLE YOU DO NOT GET PAID FOR RESPONSES TO YOUR DISCUSSIONS AS WE DID THE TYPING AND WE GET THE PAY . nOW YOU COMMENT BACK ON ALL THOSE RESPONSES YOU WILL MAKE GOOD EARNINGS.My lot does not tell us how to write our discussions but just to make them meaningful and not to break guideline rules.
Bbut they will not pay those who make meaningless discussions as much money as they would to one who makes fewer and better quality ones.So I think we should all put much thought into what we want to put into our discussions then write them.

I think new people often have money as their first goal. This causes them to submit volumne rather than quality discussions. I have limited time so I answer very few discussions and spend my time trying to make an interesting discussion for others. I don't really care how much I make, I just like to read what others write and sometimes answer.

Meaninglessness could be relative. I felt this too, I found so many discussions that did not have any meaning to me because I did not understand them like discussions about "crickets" or something which we do not have in our culture. So to each his own itch. We all have our preferences and we cannot be one and the same in our choice of topics.

I understand what you mean. And sometimes, I just go to the next one if I happen to come across a discussion which I really couldn't figure out how to respond to.
For new members, maybe they are still trying to know how the site works or there are those who are really not into writing, but since they see that the site is a good opportunity to earn, so they try to make a post and see how it goes.

yeah i am same when i cant figure out how to respond,i feel confused,because i wanna give response to new user and support,but sometimes topics are really like( do you know the ... ... football player in english 4th league?

First of all, not trying to discourage you-just trying to help but we are supposed to wait a week to give a best response, that is usually the rule of thumb. I just thought I would let you know that. =)
But there are some discussions as some people already pointed out that might not appeal to you or I but others like them. We all learn new things every day so if a discussion is against the guidelines then admin will take care of it. Otherwise I just stick to the discussions I enjoy. Even I make mistakes now and then, we all do even the members that have been here from the beginning sometimes get their deleted. It is all a learning process my friend. :)

I guess since they are new, they still try to figure out how mylot works.But as a piece of advice to all new members, it would be of great help if you will start reading on the discussion guidelines for you to have an idea on what are the do and don'ts in writing.

Yes, you are right, friend. I also often think so. There are many discussions that they are meaningless or they use term that difficult to understood, some of them also just say like write down in their diary and never say that they want other members to give responses. The third kind of discussion, I really hate, they never think that they say to other people, so they make discussion look like they say to themselves. I respect with your discussion, friend...

I am still fairly new here. I don't mind the meaningless stuff. Sometimes it is nice to take a break from the deep conversations and just be entertained. I figure most newbies will quit or learn as they go.

Many members do this is because they are after the money. Some members think that myLot is a work online that will help them pay bills or they think that myLot is a job like any other job outside from home.
That is what I know about them but still, who are we to judge those people who write meaningless discussion.
Oh well, someday they would be enlighten but not now I guess.

hello scubapro! this is what'a nice about mylot cause we are free to post anything we like. it could be very important matter for you but to others its meaningless and what's even nicer is that we have the freedom to choose which discussions to respond to. its the Admins job to delete discussions that have blatantly violated mylot rules and regulations.

Along with those discussions the problem is the replies.Obviously i cant give examples here because that would be rude but some replies are just for the sake of it.Its looks like, my target is to reply to 50 discussions today,so write whatever comes to your mind.Its hard to plan meaningful discussions and come up with logical answers while responding,but if focus is just on rewards then we cant help it.Best wishes.

Sometimes when I come here to Mylot, I get more out of the meaningless discussions, then I do out of the same old ones, I read here all the time, and those are the one I respond to some times because, I get tried of reading about the same old thing, here in Mylot over and over again.

Maybe, what seems meaningless to some people, isn't meaningless for others. Everyone has many interests and things they like to talk about. If something doesn't interest you, don't respond.

I do not make many posts here as I am sorry I am a person who does not have many great ideas.
I will only post when the inspiration comes. I come here to MyLot not for money but more for spending my free time more beneficially.
Whenever I make a post, I will ensure all the respond are being commented to before I make new post, if any. I do not want to force myself to simply pluck something from the air and post it here...I am still learning here day by day.
