My sister has the same problem before. All her kids want to eat is chicken or those canned and processed meat. What she did was she searched and tried to learn how to put designs in food. So she serves the vegetables in a form of their favorite character like the characters in Adventure Time and Spongebob. It worked for them and they love eating their favorite characters even though they're vegetables.

Before I had the same problem with my nephew and niece they always want to eat hotdogs, fried chicken and pizza almost everyday but not until I discovered that they love meat balls. One day I cooked meat balls with vegetables and they like it, i think you should try to cook meat balls with veggies too.

I haven't had this problem yet, because my toddler is still a bit too young to really care. Right now to try to keep him happily eating healthy foods, I have him help cook - he rips up the spinach for salad, etc. He is always happy to eat things he has made.

My kids eat lots of things but they have a second choice for dinner which would be cereal.

Hi friend, most of the kids are not interested in taking veggies. They are interested in taking food for their tongue and like tasty and delicious food. My kids are also in this sort. My wife always prepare salads and juices using vegetables and fruits and give it to the kids, they like the juice and salad and take the veggies in this manner

My son did not like to eat vegetables also he only want chicken or hotdog. But you know what I did just to eat my son a vgetables? I always expirement food with vegetables but he can't see the veggies. Like carbonara with crushed carrots, fruit shakes, lumpia with shreded veggies. Try that. Hope it helps.

All children are picky, in my experience. But one way I have tried with success is to turn cooking and eating into a game. I have made special pizzas for my grandson with a dough made of mashed potatoes and some flour. I put it a little while on the oven and meanwhile I asked him what he would like to put in his pizza. I would put one ingredient and he`d put another one. Fresh tomatoes were part of the deal a so were black olives. As for vegetable soups, he could put as much grated cheese as he wanted. Of course I half emptied the jar before giving it to him. You can accept small hotdogs in the pizza, provided you place other ingredients you want him to eat.

The best way to get kids to eat vegetables is to introduce them right away. As soon as they start eating, start giving them vegetables. If they haven't had many vegetables or fruits and they love pizza, why not combine the two? Put an extra serving of vegetables or fruit on the pizza (mushrooms, peppers, onions, spinach, etc) or better yet...have them help prepare the meal. If you want them to eat something that they have never tried before, have them make the meal. They will be more willing to try it if they had a hand in helping to make it. Fortunately, my kids love their vegetables, they also love pizza..and we have it maybe once a week. They get the best of both worlds without going over-board.

Thats normal for kids to want those bad things. You just need to teach them that fruits and veggies are better for them to eat.
