People should have good eating habits. One should start the days with nutritious food. Breakfast is very important. One should not skip breakfast. We should eat small meals at regular intervals. That's makes the body active and gives strength all the day. How we eat food is as important what food kind of food we eat. We should have foods rich in vitamins and minerals.

I think we should all be more aware of what we eat plus when we eat for what reason. Only this will make us (feel) healthier. this besides of the fact that what is a small meal to one person can be a big meal to someone else. Important also is to Always sit down when you eat and cook yourself and enjoy what you eat. So pay attention to the food/meal.

Actually I agree.. But a busy person like me I usually missed out eating good and nutritious food..I usually buy food at fastfood..That maybe the reason why I started to gain weight now adays and I usually get sick like cough and flu..my resistance went down lately...

I understand your situation that you are a busy person. Please avoid to have food from outside. Try to bring food form home. Take care my friend and he healthy.

I eat a vegan diet. I have breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is silly for a person to skip breakfast because the body is hungry after the night time. Getting the right vitamins and minerals are very important. I like to have vitamin pills: Omega, Vitamin B12 and Iron. Eating small meals are regular intervals is a good idea. Eating fruit and vegetables is healthy.

Are you pure vegan? My family is pescatarian. We eat vegetable, fruits and little fish. My wife and i is planning to be fruitarian.

Well, I'm perfectly okay with you, with your words of the title: "Good eating habits makes a person to live healthy.". Daily meals are the source of our energy. Our health depends a lot from them. The breakfast is actually important. I, however, being a few pounds overweight, it will limit myself to a croissant and a cup of coffee. What makes me gain weight, I think it's what I eat (and I should not!) In off-meal. I often go out of the oven and I buy the cake. Habit to lose!

My wife is concern with her weight. She is overweight 20 pounds now but before is 22 pounds. We are giving L.I.F.E. seminar and we also apply it. It helps my wife loss 2 pounds and plus 30 minutes walking twice a week.

i agree with that because we are what we eat. the lesser you eat the longer you live as what I always heard in our local radio program. whatever we eat it reflect to our body.even in the bible in old testament tells us about the importance of the proper diet. There was a competition .This followers of God eat fruits and vegetables in 10 days.While their competitor eat the rest of the food that was prepared for the king and that is meat. after 10 days these followers of God are much stronger than the rest.

Yes, eating healthy is important. Especially when a person already has other health issues as well. I know when you tty and watch what you eat, and try sticking to a schedule of eating at the same time every day and watching what you eat, you will feel better and look better. For people that are often over weight and the ones who are always sick, learning to do this will really help a person in so many ways. Problem becomes with everyone's busy .life style being able to do this and stick to a schedule is almost impossible.

Hi, You are right. We should have good eating habits. We should have foods rich in vitamins and minerals. Breakfast is must because we haven't eat anything for long hours. It is said that breakfast is like a king, lunch is like a prince and dinner should be like a beggar. We should eat all types of vegetables and fruits because they contain ample amount of vitamins and minerals.

Hi mansoak, Yes, selecting what one eats is very important towards a healthy body and mind. However, even though many people know that what they are eating is not good for their health they still do so. The reason is temptation and lack of discipline and will power. All the talks on healthy food, need for exercise etc will do them no good if they lack discipline. So the first thing they need to do is to develop this discipline before they can be successful in achieving healthy lives. Have a healthy day.

good day mansoak, what you have been posted is really true. hence, having a good eating habits will bring a healthy effect to our body. and as the many people says, you are what you eat, which means, if you are taking and eating a healthy food, then, definitely you will have a healthy body. otherwise, if you are taking unhealthy foods, then you will end up having a lousy one.

Yes, one's eating lifestyle affects the well being of a person. if a person just keeps on eating chicken , pork and beef but very less veggies and fruits , for sure one day he will be with a cardiovascular disease or hypertension. In addition, exercise is a must also.

good choice of food is very important for us to be healthy as well such as fruits and vegetables.. i recently decided not to eat junk foods anymore and anything that is not nutritious and instead i eat fruits for my snacks and i feel great for it.. i do also agree with you to not skip any meals specially breakfast..
