What will you do when you cannot sleep?

It's near 2 am now. My eyes still cannot sleep. What will you do when you cannot sleep? Right now I do mylot and open facebook. I chat in facebook and make discussion, responses and comment in mylot. It very limit activity we can do at midnight.

may be i will attend a chemistry class. but if thats not possible then i will read some boring novel which will make me feel sleepy. i will watch some television programs. and even after trying all these things if i dont feel sleepy then i wont sleep itself.

i was just kidding.in real life i havent experienced a problem like that. but in future if i experience a problem like that then i might take a sleeping pill thats it. you will immediately get sleep. problem solved.

I usually listen to the music, when I can´t sleep at night. Somehow it helps me to fall asleep. Or I am play games on my phone. It makes me always more tired and when I play a little bit I just can´t keep my eyes open. Or thinking about your dreams may help as well.

Sometime I listen to music, watch music clip in my phone and play video game in my phone.

Sometimes just by taking an aspirin or putting another pillow under my head will help me get to sleep. Reading until my eye lids get heavy will usually help me sleep. I've heard a warm glass of milk works, but I haven't tried it. I have learned to stick to a regular bed time, followed by a regular time to get up or it interferes with getting to sleep.

I don't know if drink warm glass of milk can help us easy to sleep. I try it before this sometime I can sleep easily sometime it is hard to sleep.

Go to bed, Aka! hehe I don't have a problem sleeping anymore. I'm old now and get tired easily. A glass of warm milk should help. I read where some people put a drop of castor oil on their eyelids and rub it in then go to bed. They say it's very good for helping you get to sleep. If it gets in your eye it's okay, it won't hurt or anything. I never heard this before but I found it on a very good website. Can you get castor oil where you live?

I think I want to disturb someone if I cannot sleep. Play music louder at the midnight. Hehe. Just joke. Of course people will very angry if I do that things.

exercising before going to bed will help you go to sleep. or yet, drink a glass of lukewarm milk. me, if i cannot sleep - i will sing myself a lullaby and even tap my hips like what my mother used to do when i was a child. or yet, i rocked myself as if i am in a swing, it helped me a lot to send myself into sleep. i also pray so that God will help me to this kind of problem :) and He did not turned me down for it :)

I think about impossible things like going back in time, talking with my GF in a park, driving a Rolls-Royce, etc. and gets sleep easily.

I usually responded to discussion in myLot or listen to music when I cannot sleep. I think reading is the best way to get to sleep easily.

i fix myself a warm glass of milk and then put on a movie on my laptop, or just watch you tube till i get drowsy and it usually works

Sometime watch for a long time video or something in laptop makes eyes easier to feel tired. Before this I fall asleep without I notice.

I'll go lay down in my bed, close my eyes and eventually fall asleep. But if this don't work , I will have a glass of hot milk and listen to the music. This will make you fall asleep. Also try to read books, you will find it is very tiring or boring and then have a quick sleep.

The worst thing you can do is force yourself to sleep. You can do one of the following: do some gentle exercise and do some stretches or meditation. You can also have a glass of warm milk, or better, watch a movie until you fall asleep. Do not watch anything violent just before you go to bed, and don't drink coffee as it is a stimulant.

I have that problem here often. My mother taught me to drink warm milk. Sure helps me relax and get to sleep.

If you can't sleep at night , be thankful then so you cab do nonm stop Mylotting. How i wish i can't go to sleep for so many things i need to do but so sad i can't have it done because felt so sleepy then. I hate when i felt sleepy but can't fight with it ! I suggest friend if still after Mylotting you don't feel being so sleepy the you need to drink a milk !

Yeah I write in mylot when I cannot sleep but that not mean I not stop write in mylot. Sometime I go to facebook or playing video games. Is drink milk really work? It's have been a long time I not drink milk.

When i can't sleep, i think of the things whatever i have done that day. I pray to god and apology for bad things and thank for good things i have done. Later i listen to some good music. That lead me to sleep

I count sheeps. Lol. Kidding aside, I usually go online, I read something that might interest me, do Mylot, facebook. But my favorite and effective thing to do when I can't sleep I'l get a refreshing bath, I listen to relaxing music, I lit a scented candle and there I go I'm off to dream land. But ofcourse I'll alwats makes sure to blow out the candle before I zzz.

Only Mr Bean will count a sheep before sleep. I also write something in mylot and facebook if I cannot sleep. You going to bath at midnight? Blow out the candle?

I do my best to fight my insomnia and I think it pays off. I make my sleeping quarter super comfy. I relax my mind at a definite time at night. I also take a warm bath before going to sleep. I turn the fan, turn off the light and listen to my nature sounds. I can sleep now but sometimes it's really short.

every now and then it happens to me.. even though i want to sleep but my eyes seems not to obey.. anyways what i do is i grab my tablet pc and play games until i lose interest and then i will surf anything or visit my social sites.. i even read books through e books and after an hour i will get sleepy then..

Playing video game in tablet is good than play the video game in phone. The screen is big and give more fun to us. Sometime I not only online in mylot but also search the other things when I cannot sleep.

I lie in bed and listen to music, classical music especially is relaxing and helps to get me to sleep. My hifi is placed right at my bedside so I can turn it on anytime, even when I wake up in the middle of the night and need something to soothe me back to sleep. Getting up to use facebook will make me even more awake so I won't do that.

its a big problem to me too.i cant sleep easy and i like chatting and surfing online but i sometimes forget to sleep,and also cant sleep even i want to. but it turns me into a zombie i think sleep in a right time is very important to be healthy person happy mylotting

When we found something interesting in internet it make us to forget to sleep. Sometime for me if I read something interesting in internet I will force my eyes to awake. If you turn to become zombie you should find someone brain.Hehe.

Actually I have the same problems for everyday, and I've tried numerous ways to solve this problem, however, I failed. Everyday I try to make myself busy, so I may feel tired at night and easy to fall sleep. Hoever,it is helpless. If I will listen to some music,reading or surfing the Internent,on the contrary, it makes me more exciting.My god, who can help me? Am I sick?

I think we very easier fall to sleep if we very very tired but if that also can make you easier to sleep I think you should go to clinic or hospital and check what happen to you.
