How do you care your body?

I would like to know personally from you about your personal lifestyle from taking care of your body, food that you eat, exercises, appearance, and anything that has good benefit to your body.

Your body is your greatest asset and it has to be taken care off. If you don't care about your body now it won't care about you in your old age either. Your muscles are you insurance policy it will allow you to be independent so you don't have to depend on other to just get you out of your bed. The more you take care of your body the better it will be fighting against different kind of diseases. I do weight training and cardiovascular exercise on alternate days, take a proper balanced diet .i.e. proper amount of carbohydrates, protein and fat. I also take good amount of antioxidants and minerals to keep my Immune System strong. Drink at least 7 to 8 liters of water to keep my body hydrated. and take a good 8 hours of sleep.

Drink lots of water, eat more vegetables, stay away from processed and junk foods, eat at least 1 fruit a day, but the biggest on the menu is DISCIPLINE. There are many temptations and cravings but if you are determined and has will power, you can't go wrong. Of course there are days that you just can't seem to control yourself for not eating the right stuff for you, but at the end of the day, it's only you who will suffer or gain from what you have decided to do.
