My laptop won't charge sometimes. I really do not know the problem. Laptop is very important to me. I used it everyday for many reasons. The issue started when I forgot to unplug the charger and my laptop for several hours considering that the battery was already full already. I really need some help with this thing.

Over charging may ruin your battery, your option is to bring it to the technician, they know the remedy of your problem, but for me i think you should buy a new battery for your laptop. That is what happened to my smart phone i over charge it, now the battery is ruin, the life span will only last for 1 day. Now i buy a new battery for it.

Same also to my cellular phone, it cannot last long so I decided to buy new battery. Overcharging would definitely ruin the whole thing. Now I know and next time, I should be very careful with it.

There could be many reason behind that. It could be the charger is at fault or the socket connecting to the laptop and many other things like the software is not detecting it for some reason. It is best that you bring it and have it checked with a knowledgeable technician to check it out.

Hi kaichoukebz, If you have a friend who has the same type of laptop you could verify easily that the problem is with the battery and not with your charger by simply taking out your battery and trying to charge on his laptop using his charger. In that way you can determine which is at fault. Anyway if you purchase a new battery the best thing would be to remove the battery whenever you're using AC power. Only when you really need it you can reconnect the battery. I know it's quite troublesome but by that method you can make your battery last much longer. Laptop batteries are not cheap! Have a nice day.

you can try to use your laptop charger to charge other laptops, if it still not working, then your laptop charger goes wrong, but if your charger can charge other laptops, that means something goes wrong with your laptops
