First the Boston bombings, and now Watertown explosions and gunshots, as well as gunshots at MIT. This is crazy, frightening and messed up. Why are there so many people willing to kill innocent people for no reason in this world?

You know, the gov't is lowering privacy and rights often, so it is certainly a possibility. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I do keep an open mind when I see conspiracy theories.

I am wondering where it will all end, it seems to me that this is happening on a day to day basis, and not a day goes by without hearing of some awful atrocity happening around the world. We live in a turbulent, precarious world. I agree it is very frightening, and innocent people going about their daily business are getting killed and it seems to be increasing. Something needs to be done, it's just escalating.

It is escalating. It seems like every time we hear about some disaster, someone else causes another one. Disgusting really.

People kill the innocents because innocents are the easy target. Killing the president or prime minister of a country is not an easy thing. I feel there is some politics behind all these violent attacks. Also, the way we bring up our children is not correct. If parenting was correctly done, then no child would have grown up to be a criminal. But we see so many violent people all around us and we wonder from where this violence is coming. I am afraid the violence is arising from bad parenting.

I wish I knew the answer to that myself. I can't believe young punks like this living in the United States for at least seven to ten years would decide to do this to innocent people. It is a shame and I feel for the family especially his uncle who seems to be quite upset over this and shameful. Shameful that his nephews would create such turmoil in the lives of so many. I only hope the second kid is not killed so we can find out WHY???

I agree. I can't believe how much happened last night while I was asleep. They killed a suspect and discovered another, and several other places had been attacked.
