oh notttttt i hurt myself again

oh my god i did hurt myself again at work, so i will post it the image in the below. it is very hurt my hand, lot of blood coming out. all my mistake not take it serious at work
i think i need to open my eye big enough when work, not just want to finish it fast or to catch up the level of speed my college did. i hate when i hurt myself.

I am sorry you hurt yourself at work, I make sure I am very careful, when I work here online, I want to get my work done to, and I want to work fast, to get it done,I make sure I don't have objects, around me that will cut my fingers, and I keep everything dangerous put away.

I am also very careless whenever I prepare for my cooking. I frequently cut my fingers if I do it too fast 
. Sometimes, it will be fortunate enough that I will just cut off my finger nails 
. At other time, I would hurt my fingers. So, I always need to remind myself to be careful and do it slowly

i am still in the recovery process of my broken bone, i have to use that hand to work and it suck. careless is make me not proud of myself

I cut my finger open last Monday out in the garden, I had my shears on the garden where I was digging, instead of reaching for the handle to pick them up I reached for the blade and it cut right into my finger, the blood poured out and wouldn't stop bleeding, it was all dirty too, because I had been digging. Now, a week on, the wound has sealed itself, our bodies are remarkable at healing, I hope your hand heals up soon.
