The FIRST thing to look for is the FAQs. The basic principle is "YOU type, YOU earn; I type, I earn". You do NOT earn anything for 'views' of your discussions. You do MOT earn anything when others respond to your discussions. Earnings are calculated on the quality of your total participation over 24 hours and are updated the following day (usually).
