What happened?!

Hi guys!
I've been off myLot for a while. The site refused to load on my computer for the longest time. Just a few minutes ago, though, I decided to check if it still doesn't work, so I typed in the URL and it worked, surprisingly. My question is, what happened?
Was I banned from the site? I see that the website has undergone quite a few changes. I read the front page, and it said myLot was reimagined or something of that nature? Anyways, was I banned for all that time, or was the site just going through a makeover/rebirth? If it's the latter, then why did I get email notifications telling me that my contacts made new posts? I'm confused.
