Before anything else, I'd like to ask if people here are still earning because Mylot has changed so much and it appeared like it's more of an ordinary social networking site that you can just add up friends and interact. I can't find my earnings here. :( Please help! Anyways, I decided to write again here because of the fact that I'm having a hard time looking for a job. :( I have been unemployed for quite some time already and I felt depressed as of the moment. So I thought of visiting Mylot and to my surprise, it changed - more like improved. Also, I'm getting dumb. I miss writing articles and do all the paper works and hopefully, through this site, I'll be able to fall in love to writing again. P.S. I'm sorry if my writing is bad and somehow disorganized. I feel like a newbie here. :|

MyLot closed its earnings program on May 1st, so they no longer pay their members for participating. On the other hand, it is a free platform where you can discuss topics, ask questions and get information. It can also now be used as a place to promote your blog, articles and other money-making things, so long as you follow the Community Guidelines - see "Help" up there on the left by your avatar and username. Many people here who enjoyed writing and discussion have found that Bubblews is a good alternative to MyLot. You can join using this link It is more of an article publishing site than a discussion site but the "articles" need be no longer than 400 characters (about 80 to 100 words). You are paid according to the number of views, likes and comments your articles receive, rather than by the quality, length or number of your articles. It is a very friendly site and plenty of people are ready to welcome and help newcomers. A number of people have found that MyLot and Bubblews can complement each other quite well because people can promote and talk about their articles here and thus get more views and visitors.

Hi @starstr! I actually earned quite a bit here. I think I started posting comments here for like four years ago and I can say that, though Mylot look chic at present, it was more user friendly before.
