Does Isaiah Disagree with Kenneth Copeland Ministries?

Isaiah 11 says, "There shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse ... And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him." But I thought "Jesus IS Lord" (like Kenneth Copeland Ministries says)! Is Isaiah 11 saying that there was a time when Jesus was NOT Lord (even though He was (reportedly) the very manifestation of the Spirit itself, from when the Spirit impregnated the virgin womb of Mary)? When He was just 'the carpenter's son'? Or is Isaiah 11 saying that 'the government will be upon the shoulders of' one of Jesus' little-brothers or -sisters? that HIS (or HER) name will be called "Wonderful, Counselor, Almighty God, Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace"?
