Jackie Chan's Mr. Han (from "The Next Karate Kid") seemed wiser than Pat Morita's Mr. Miyagi ("The Karate Kid 1, -2 & -3"), but Mr. Miyagi was more an 'old sage' while Mr. Han was kinda creepy (his appearance didn't evoke a sense of 'Hey! Let's go to this guy and learn some wisdom!')
