Do I need a power converter to charge my iPhone in a country with 220 volt power?

Look at the voltage rating printed on your charger. If it says "100v-250v" (or something similar), then you can safely use it on a 220v supply.

No, you won’t be needing a power converter for Apple devices as they can be plugged in anywhere around the world and accommodate for the difference in power wattage.
