Do You Agree with the Oklahoma Supreme Court that Remodeling & Tax-Cuts Are Two Different Law-Topics? #Unconstitutional

The Oklahoma Supreme Court recently decided that a tax-cut bill with an amendment budgeting Capitol-building improvements is unconstitutional. The decision was made (reportedly) on the basis that--according to Oklahoma's constitution--a single law cannot have two unrelated subjects. I agree that--while it's possible that the tax-cut (a cut to the taxes on upper income-earners) makes Capitol-building improvements affordable to upper-income earners--the law isn't constitutional unless the tax-cut happens on the condition that those people pay for those improvements. Agree?
