Does this site really pay you to talk online?

so, I've seen some folks say that this site pays you to really talk online. so, am just wondering, how do you earn money to talk online on this site? Is it true? Is it legit? Is it all really work to get paid online? Really interested in making money online if this is true. I can type pretty good on the computer. so, that would be a good help.
