The best news I got today is that myLot is going to revert back to its old format as well as its paying program. The news is not yet confirmed officially but we can see that the rampant advertisements and scam proposals have been removed and cleaned. It is the right direction to go and I am already excited enough to start doing what I used to be doing daily a couple of years ago, to post, comment and response in myLot.

I believe that, strictly speaking, the current format will be retained with an earnings program built on top of it. In other words, the site will LOOK the same as it does now but there will shortly be an added menu item for earnings and payments. Changing the format of the site would involve completely new code, would be expensive and would also be a backward step (though I know a few remember the old format with affection).
There are a number of bugs in the current format and I believe that they will iron those out in due course, though getting the earnings program up and running is the main priority.
