From My Childhood , I am having the habit of drinking both Tea or Coffee . Every morning , evening Hot Tea with some ginger or cardomom added will be available for me . Its a nice moment to drink Tea sip by sip till the last drop seems in the cup . But it should be in correct aroma , taste , sugarmix . Then only the value of that particular Tea will be Good . Incase of Coffee , its very rare I drink . I like much a Filter Coffee than the Instant Coffee . Among 30 Hot drinks , Tea will be 28 Coffee will be only 2 . I also await myLot members & followers discussions about this interesting topic . Well , I have drafted this topic after drinking & kept an empty Cup on my table

I like both. Either one will help me to be refreshed. I usually have 1 and half cups coffee in the morning. Then about 3pm I have tea with milk and sugar and then no more tea or coffee for the rest of the day.

I've always preferred tea over coffee but sometimes, the allure of caffeine is too strong. Must. Resist. Coffee. Now.

@Lushlala I'm cutting coffee officially today. Switching to green tea. The caffeine isn't doing me any good.

I love both tea and coffee. I usually have coffee first thing in the morning with breakfast, and tea in the evening. To quench my thirst though, I prefer either iced tea or plain water.

I like both, but prefer tea. I've got a collection of several kinds of herbal tea and fruit tea. They each have different benefits and smell nice too.

I think tea should do better since it has more caffeine than coffee. I always ended up very wide awake when I drink tea at night.

I just learned to drink tea this year, really can't take the taste but with the help of lemon or honey I'm beginning to love it.

I love both of them. Usually I prefer tea over coffee, but if I need to get refresh I totally choose coffee.. Works the best for me.
