Is anyone looking forward to the winter months?

I look forward to the winter time but not the deep snow although my dog loves to play in the snow. I hope we will have a mild winter again this year. I pretty much hibernate through the winter months as I am not a person who likes being cold. Tell me what you do in the winter months.

I LOVE winter. Although nowadays it isn't as exciting here. When I was little it would be cold, raining and lovely storms. Now it is like winter is summer. Still hot and boring with hardly any rain.

Right now the weather is confused. Going hot and cold on and off. Oh hey! do you know Holi is coming? Will begin March 12 evening and continue till March 13 evening.
But we don't celebrate it anymore. We used to as kids but as adults, we kind of grew out of it.

It is pretty hot where I am at the moment and I hate it. I literally don't know what to do with myself when the heat comes. I feel bad for my cat and dog too. They don't like it either.

Texas isn't known for being cold, so I enjoy my winters here..its the dang summer hot sticky humidity that i do not like...ugh

I live in Northern Europe and our winters are cold. I don't like the cold wind and the snow, and that is the main reason why winter is my least favourite season. In the winter months I wear a big sweater and hide under a blanket. At many other places people think that the summer months are too hot. I wish we had that problem here

Exactly: we all look forward winter during hottest summer and viceversa.

NO!!!!! I broke my ankle over this past winter thanks to ice and snow, and the last thing I want is more ice and snow!!!

Not winter as much as fall.
I don't like being too cold, plus I'm anemic so cold does not work well with that.
I just wanna get away from this 100 degree weather.

I am looking more forward to fall. I've heard that the south east was supposed to have another horrid winter. I haven't checked the farmer's almanac at all this year to see what they have predicted.

I like the fall too: I celebrate my birthday there, enough.
I don't mind winter either, but snow is pretty annoying. Not for the fact I can slide easily once it turns into ice, but because of its light: I usually don't wear sunglasses and all that white irritates me.
In winter I do what I do in summer: I hibernate as well, air conditioning and central heating all the way!

I do not like winter at all. I hate driving in the winter on the cold, icy snow packed roads.

I pretty much stay at home in the winter, as I refuse to drive in the snow. I am not good at it, and I feel that staying home, I am at least staying safe. My son reaslly deosn't want me to drive in it anyway, as he really wateches out for me. I am not really looiking for the winter to come, but it is inevitiable it will and soon. Here in Oregon, we don't get all that much snow, usually, but we can get very cold, almost zero, which is below normal here. I hope that it is a mild winter, with no snow, or very little, and not to cold. I don't do well in the cold either, as I stay in my warm house. Take care, and have a great day.

I try to stay home in the winter, but it's really hard because I have to work. I bike to work everyday and it sucks in the winter because it's either snowing, raining, or it's super windy. In my city, the wind is especially bad. We have a word for it in Japanese and it literally translate to "grating through your skin", lol. So I'm really not looking forward to winter.

In my country we do not have severe winters. We do have chilly winds during the winter, but a hoodie is all you need to keep warm. I have never seen snow, and I'm hoping it snows someday where I stay.

I don't like summer. At least I don't like summer in Texas. While we've had a remarkably mild summer, it has now become too hot for me to be happy. Heck, its too hot for my CATS to be happy! However, if you don't like the cold and snow, then Texas, at least central and south Texas are good places to live. We generally have winter a few days at a time, then its nice again.

I am looking forward to way cooler weather it is so so hot here! Today is 107! It feels like 110! Ughhhh!!! I like it when it is cool outside not too hot and not too cold. Likw where you can open your windows and get a breeze going through the house.

I still do much the same things in the winter as I do in the fine weather Marcy. I have to go out with my boots on and go shopping and go to appts and stuff like that so I just suit up and get out there. I dont mind the snow, as long as I dont have to drive on ice, which now I dont have to anyomre, as I do not own a vehicle and do not want one.

I love the fall and winter months. Where I live now it's been 100 degrees and I can't stand it! I can't wait for cooler temperatures, and looking forward to when I can move back to where it's cooler.
