Annoying Suggestions

Why do people randomly suggests all their posts to others? I understand suggesting a post to my friends because we have common interests ,
I would suggest a post reporting bugs to others because they could have similar problems.
But why would people want to randomly suggest all their posts when they don't want to interact.
This sounds like spamming to me. I am new here.. but these are general matters of etiquette aren't they?

I really don't mind suggestions. Being new here, I am sure I am missing a lot. But yes, I understand where you coming from.

@TexanTornado Darn I had about 25 suggestion s lol and none of these people interacted . I prefer to focus on active followers.. you only have so much time each day.

I really do not understand why people would do that either , I am new here so I do not know but in other sites its against the rules

@granny2015 I agree on other sites its against the rules and we could block them.. here I can't seem to do much except delete the suggestions one by one.

I thought of suggesting to be like sharing on Bubblews. You suggest posts that you think are interesting to people you think would like them. I didn't think that people suggested their own posts. I don't know what the intent is, though, as I haven't seen an official word.

@allknowing Misuse of these options is considered spamming. When people misuse the option to post /contribute to the discussion here with adverts and stuff we call them spams and report them; don't we?

Spamming is something which we may face a lot. It was always the case on other sites, too. Unfortunately, this is what destroys many great sites.

I used the suggestion button just once, because I know it would interest to a friends. But I get suggestion everyday from a guy (it's really annoying).

@fufurinha Interesting post are so welcome. I have no trouble with that.. you only get annoyed when they start spamming you.

suggesting you'r post is one of the ways to interact though. I don't usually suggest them, but I might if there is something I want more opinions about, and if someone suggest me something, its just a way to make sure I won't miss it. if someone is really spamming you none stop you can always unfollow him if it gets too bad
