Do you drink any energy drinks?

Do you drink any energy drinks? I avoid them. I may be way off but I figure there is nothing safe in an energy drink. I know people who swear by Monster and Redbull. I wont drink either of them.

I've only tried Redbull and I've seen the other brand becoming very popular lately. When I was in the university, my classmated were drinking many energy drinks to keep their energy levels high and stay awake for the assignments. Personally, I don't like the taste and I don't think they are healthy. I prefer coffee when I want to get some energy and occasionally I drink vitamins from the pharmacy if I feel that my energy levels are low.

I know they try to market them as safe full of vitamins like vitamin b for natural energy, but I have a feeling in a few years were going to find out something wasn't exactly healthy in these drinks.

@loki1982 I have the impression that they're full of chemicals instead of vitamines but I don't know much about the ingredients in energy drinks. I prefer to get the vitamines naturally and occasionally from pharmaceutical products that are checked by health organizations.

I never drink energy drinks either. They're all full of caffeine, sugar or both, and there are probably other nasty things in them that I know nothing about.

Rarely I will drink Red Bull. And I love the taste of it.

It's been so long since I had an energy drink, especially a redbull, I couldn't even tell you if I liked it or not.

Nope. I can't stand the taste of them. My husband, on the other hand, loves the things. He says he enjoys the flavor. I can't wrap my head around that one... they smell awful and taste even worse in my opinion. I had to make him stop drinking them around me when I was pregnant with our kids... the smell made my morning sickness worse.

Yes i do! Soft drinks, cold drinks, energy drinks all of them. Redbull feels good though.
