How would you react if you found a crocodile under your bed?

On Oddee I read an article about a crocodile that had been hiding under a bed. A man from Zimbabwe slept all night and he didn't realize that a crocodile spent the night under his bed. In the morning he left his bed and went to have breakfast in the kitchen. Suddenly he heard a loud scream. His maid had found the crocodile under his bed! The man and his co-workers removed the crocodile from the house. We don't have crocodiles in my country, but there are crocodiles in some of the countries I want to visit in the future. If I found a crocodile under my bed I would probably run out of the room and ask someone for help. I have seen crocodiles in a crocodile zoo, but I have never been really close to a crocodile. How would you react if it happened to you?

I suppose that I have to stay on my bed to be safe. If I am in a hotel, I will call the direction to remove the pet under my bed. If not I will call telephone inquiries and ask for the phone number of Crocodile Dundee.

I wonder if you will be safe on the bed. The crocodile might get up and grab you Crocodile Dundee is a good choice. I didn't think of that

@Porcospino If it has not already grabbed me when I was sleeping, I believe that the crocodile cannot jump on the bed. I hope that Crocodile Dundee is not too occupied with his fiancee.

@TiarasOceanView I saw a number of crocodiles in a crocodile zoo last summer. It was okay to watch them in their cages, but I don't want to get close to them

I've never seen one alive, I would be terrified and it's almost certain that I wouldn't be able to move so I would stay on the bed or climb somewhere higher. Hopefully we would have a connection since he spent the night under my bed and he would let me live.

Maybe it is a friendly crocodile since he spent the night under your bed without eating you I have seen crocodiles in a cage, but I have never been close to one of them. I would be terrified as well.

@Porcospino Yes I hope the crocodile would appreciate the hospitality! :-) They are very and very fast when they want to attack so it is normal to be terrified!

I hadn't heard of Lolong before, but I looked it up on the internet, and I found several articles about it. I didn't know that the biggest crocodile lived in the Philippines. It could have been interesting to see it. There are no crocodiles in my country, but I have seen some in a zoo.

They are awful looking creatures! Enough awful to scare the daylights out of you, in broad daylight, or pitch darkness! I am sure it may be a case of having the crawlies all over you, if you ever run into one of them, no doubt about that.

Yes, it would be very scary. I have seen alligators and crocodiles in a crocodile zoo, but I have never been really been really close to one of them, and I hope that it is never going to happen.

Assuming I could, I would attempt to catch it. I love reptiles and I have caught Alligators before. Crocodiles might be slightly harder though.

I have never been close alligators or crocodiles, and I wouldn't know how to catch them. Which reptiles do you like the most?
