The Job Interview Was Not Positive.

I felt this was a waste of time. They kept me waiting for nearly half an hour after my appointment time, for which I was early. The interviewer offered no apology for the delay and claimed that he was seeing twenty-five people for four sales positions, essentially running trade stalls for a marketing group in various public places, mostly shopping malls. I felt it was out of my league though I never admitted as much. He only had one other interviewee in before me while I was there and there was nearly twenty minutes between him leaving and the boss finally seeing me.

Doesn't sound like a great company to work for. That was very unprofessional to make you wait so long and offer no apology for it.

Totally agree. It's the kind of interview where if I don't get the job I won't feel bad about it. They probably did me a favour if they rejected me.

@arthurchappell Sure sounds that way. If that's how they treat their interviewees imagine how they treat employees.

Yes, they know we need them more than they need us, but I am principled enough not to work for someone who holds staff in such indifferent contempt.
