Wacky Weather

Our summer has been really mild compared to past summers. While it was hot and humid it was nothing like we are used to. Suddenly last week, "summer was back" as the weatherman put it. It was hot and stifling with the humidity. It was supposed to continue this week however today the forecast has changed from the 90s to the high 70s/low 80s for the week. It was a high of 78 today. This is unusual for our neck of the woods. Is the weather behaving in your area or do you see something unusual as well?

Our New Zealand Spring has kicked in very fast, but no doubt the weather will deteriorate again. Spring can be so unpredictable.

We have had beautiful spring weather this week with some cool mornings and later afternoons. Mid day - hot as well = I am glad the summer is on its way

We didn't even get any summer until July and then it got very sticky. A lot more humidity than makes me happy. And today it is coolish and rainy, but I think we're headed back to the heat next week. I will be glad when it's October.

I'd like it to cool off enough so that the grass growing will slow down. I seem to just spend my days off mowing the yard.

I am glad it has not been too hot here in the UK,as I hate the heat.
