Desperate to have work.

I finished BSHRM year 2012 and become full time mom after the graduation. After being a full time mom for almost 4 years I've decided to have my work and help my husband in our financial needs but unfortunately I always failed in my interviews. I applied in call center not so far in our home town but I failed, I actually understand why I failed in call center and it's because i'm not fluent in English like other applicants. My next application was in banking industry, that time I thought that would be my very first job because after my final interview they called me twice through phone and told me that just wait for 3 weeks but it was almost a month they still don't call me. I also passed my resume in other hotel which I know that related to my course but they didn't give me a call for interview. Now I don't know where to apply.

Don't give up, sometimes the greatest opportunities come when you least expect it. I hope you'll find the right one for you.

Keep trying, don't give up. It is a competitive market so it can be hard to find something fast.

Don't lose hope. You can try applying again and again until you'll get it. I suggest you can apply in some back office job though it doesn't pay much but its not as stressful as call center. I've been working in a bpo industry for 7 years and call center I would say is not a satisfying job. Thankfully I was able to work in an admin task and would not require full time call.

I agree that finding yourself in such a situation can lead you to despair. but don't lose hope. i'm trying to change my job but it seems that I won't be able to do that for now because I haven't found any better option

Where else would you work next but in a call center. If you failed the first few times try and try again. It took me a lot of fails before I got in years ago and the rest is history. Or you can apply to those big casinos... Or just put up a food business since you finished HRM. Good luck!
