An Autumn Day

Finally, on the last day of September, we are finally experiencing some fall-like temperatures. Even with the ones we have, it's barely fall-like temperatures! Last night was a comfortably chilly one at soccer practice. This morning was also comfortably chilly with my children saying, "Brrr" and "I miss summer (crazy kids.)" The afternoon has warmed up though with a bright shining sun to low to mid seventies. It still feels quite comfortable and pleasant. The season of autumn is my favorite for many reasons, but one of which is the cool temps. Does it feel like fall where you are today?

It's really cool here in the Bay Area today. We're not going to break 70, and we've actually had some light rain.

We finally had some cool days but today the temperature is up and it's very humid and rainy. It was supposed to get colder tomorrow. I hope it does and it keeps the hurricane away. They don't feed on cold water very well.
