You Hate It ... Then what ?

He is arming him self with any thing he finds, just to show the ugly side of what he hates .
he is doing his best to deny what ever good and just points at the bad things.
huge effort gathering what ever he can with who ever shares his views , just to show what ever said that its ugly ,,,
don't you have time for your self?
if you really want to know about something , don't wait others to tell you whats its all about ,, but go and find out all about it your self, don't just be follower who believe what ever they say to you , just because you like what they say ,
Remember hating the sun doesn't make it go away or cool down ,,, it will be there till its time comes

It is a very good point that hating something or someone does not make it or them go away. It only adds negativity and ugliness to your life and generally has no affect on them. That being said, sometimes it is very difficult to let go of the hate, even when you know it will not change anything.

@Salamnda It is a feeling, and it is a reaction that is normal and natural. You can choose to change how you deal with things and how you let them affect you, but you cannot change our initial, instinctual reaction. If you have to deal with people that do not treat you well, then it is difficult, although not impossible, to overcome the hate.

@purplealabaster yes, you can if you want and train your self ,
when you know that being angry is not in your favor, and when you try all the time to give excuses to others for their actions and avoid them , and when you love to others what you love to your self , and think of what makes them do that , you may train your self not to hate, you may not like or love but at least you dont hate
