getting a nanny?

small kids school schedule is shorter than the parent's work schedule. what would you do if your child finished his job "sooner" than you? would you pay a person to take him from school, take him home and stay with him until you come back home or would you prefer to involve him in some kind of after-school program in which he would spend that time at school with one of his teachers?

for me my child comes first. I would adjust in such a way that i could leave the office to pickup him. Else i would ask my mother or father to pick my child

My kids take the bus to a sitters house. She's a great sitter. She has kids the same ages as mine and my boys get along with her kids great. They love going there and being able to play with her kids everyday. They have so much fun that they're upset when I show up to pick them up, they want to stay and keep playing.
