A lot of people are complaining of not having a job and that looking for one seems quite difficult. I, on the other hand, is having a difficult time looking for people who can work for me. For the past few weeks I've been searching but only one or two seems to be interested in what I have to offer. Possible income in a month? $1,000 or more? How many hours of work? Depends on you. Impossible? Definitely not or I won't be in this line of business. Is it legal? Absolutely or our company name won't have a legal name. What do you have to do? Simply find someone who's interested in investing in real properties, and we will do the rest and you'll just have to wait and will issue the check at the right time. With this great offer, I wonder why I'm not getting the target number of people I needed. Any suggestions?

@birjudanak I graduated with a degree in Business Administration major in Marketing and I also have a degree in Law as I went to law school after graduating. I also studied for a few month to get a certificate in Real Estate Brokerage and I passed the licensure exam last year. Now I own a company as a real estate broker.

Right, you got me! I will send anyone who can and will invest in real estate. What do I tell them? Is the property a house or land? What is the going price? What can they expect?

@gofsey For our sales associates we give a 2.5% of the selling price. So, if the property is at 2M, for example, the sales associate will get 50,000

@toniganzon No Toni! You can call me Vi. I seem to be developing a good perspective of your company. Could I ask if there will be something for me? Not too much, but you know it always helps.

That's a misconception. The best way to invest in real property is NOW. I invested last year buy buying a condo unit. I bought it at 1.7M and now it's at 2.1 and somebody's begging me to sell it to him before it turns 3M. But I said nope. If you're going to check the real property status of the Philippines, you will see how much it is rising. In fact, we are now known as the RISING TIGER OF ASIA!

most of them thought that real estate is down but I do not agree. though the economy is not good, people still do invest in properties. you just have to find the right people and you are right, it is very hard to find them.

@rakski We're just a firm composed of licensed brokers. We just work as lead brokers for different real estate developers both in Iloilo City and in Luzon, particularly in Metro Manila. We have offices in Iloilo, Pasay, Quezon City, and Dubai.

That's basically sales and nobody really likes doing it. People who are out there looking for work want a guaranteed paycheck even if they're not so good at the job to start off with. The type of work you're talking about is too risky for someone who needs to pay the bills and put food on the table.

You got a point. However, this doesn't require someone's full time work. They could still do their regular job and at the same time do this on the side. Probably they still haven't seen the potential of real estate in this country yet. The Philippines is now known as the rising tiger of Asia and my city particularly has the biggest development recently. It is a booming industry. Our other branch actually have billions of sales in a year.

Hello Toni The field you are into - Real Estate - has many factors playing. For one, Property/Real Estate is expensive. I mean if I have to buy a place, definitely, I have to look at my earnings and bank balance first. The country's economy too plays a part. Investors can come from anywhere and that keeps the prices always at the higher ends and that is one risk factor involved. I dont know how things are at your place, but here in India, Real Estate is about hoodlums and normally not the Common People are Real Estate business men. Again, these people have mostly earned themselves a bad name here in my state at least - in the past, there were cases where the same property was sold to at least 5 different people. So now, people are hesitant and think that the business is a scam at the first thought. I think you should start doing this online as well - Do you have anything like the MLS in USA? I recall one of my past clients had me do a website where he used something called MLS listings. Now, how are you and how is your son and family doing? Regards to you and hubby, hugs to your son

Yes our company have MLS. And our country's economy, particularly the real estate is now booming. Our country is now known as Asia's rising tiger. Real Estate Brokers in my country nowadays are licensed and the crooks have been eliminated long time ago. WE don't have that image of real estate brokers nowadays. But some people don't see the potential of becoming a real estate agent. One of our branch have billions of sales. Nowadays i'm having lots of inquiries. This is a very lucrative business. Just one sale could provide me months of household expenses. I wish people could see the potential in earning a lot of money even though it's just a part time. Most of the doctors and lawyers in my cities have turned into real estate brokers.

Maybe they know that it is hard since they really have to give you buying clients and that means with lots of money .

Hi! If they don't have the right people in mind then it is definitely hard because that's what people are thinking. It was my first impression as well, but the moment you meet someone who's willing to invest, and you get your first commission, it's very rewarding and you wouldn't want to stop. The secret in this business is having a good public relations. If you have many friends, and your friends have friends, then you'll be a millionaire in just a year. That's why lawyers and doctors took licensure exams to become Real Estate Brokers. And that's why almost all chinese businessmen in my city are now all real estate brokers.
