Too much work or not enough? I made a list

After some 25 to 30 hour weeks, I worked one day this week, Tuesday. That was okay, really, since it gave me time to recreate by playing some pool and ping pong here in our clubhouse. I got the lawn mowed before the week long rain we are expecting started to fall and even mowed our neighbor's small yard since she was rear ended in her car last week. I made that well-paid commercial too and cooked dinner at least once. Hmm... I started this thinking that I wish I had worked more at the store, but now, I see that I accomplished more than I thought. How was your week? Was it fun? Did you work too hard?

I had a lovely week. I do not work, unless you count writing and/or doing small chores around the house. I was more social this week, and that was nice. I am starting a new business soon, and the prospect of this has made me want to finish the book I am writing. I needed motivation and am glad that I found some.

I hope that the new business is successful and that we hear about it when you are ready.

@JamesHxstatic Thanks. Not only will I let you know about the biz, but also when the scholarship book is published. You don't need it, but your future grandkids might.

My week was slow, I have not been very well, I have done nothing great, but at least I feel rested.

Great! I am too, all but 8 to 20 hours per week, when I work a little for an ok hourly wage and get a discount on my bird seed.

You are kind to help your neighbour. I only work 39 days a year, but two of them were this week, but I enjoyed it.

Aren't you retired? Some retirees are really busy.

I am retired, except for that part-time job at the birding store and my acting hobby, but do seem to stay very busy.

I don't think I was especially industrious this week. It's still good to get to the weekend, though.

Havi9ng been spoiled with a long summer the arrival of cold weather sent me into some kind of lethargy. I didn't do much except put on a coat and do a little gardening and get out my winter wardrobe. Nothing as exciting as your week I'm afraid.

You did accomplish a lot. Sometimes we just have to sit back and think about it.

The last week went so fast, I blinked and missed it. Sadly, weekends go even faster.
