When do you start your Christmas Shopping?

I have been eagerly waiting for the shopping season to see how my print of demand sales go this year. My thought process was that most people are holiday shopping after Halloween and obviously much stronger the closer to Christmas. So my question is, when do you start doing your Christmas Shooping?

I start mine the day after Christmas, when everything goes on clearance. This year, I was mostly done by June because I caught some really nice clearance deals for toys and craft kits during the spring. It's probably worth noting that the majority of the shopping I do is for my kids. My husband and I don't really do more than token gifts for each other, and we don't buy for anyone outside our nuclear family. It's more about the kids' enjoyment than anything else for us.

I'm pretty much done by Halloween, what few gifts I get. Everyone else gets money, and they can get whatever they want or save up for whatever. The circus which is the Christmas shopping season is a bit of a headache these days. I heard about people camping out for Black Friday already. Not sure how true it is, but the fact I wasn't surprised should tell you all you need to know.

Yes, I heard a man is already camping outside Bestbuy for Black Friday. He wants a 58 inch TV or something. Im like, how much money are you saving by camping for 30 days outside best buy, not to mention how boring.

I've already started. I bought a few things this past weekend. I've still got some money set aside strictly for Christmas shopping and might go out again this weekend looking for some more stuff. One of my kids is about half done.

We do not celebrate Christmas as we are not christians. But i will do shopping two days in advance because our xtian friends will visit us on that day and also invite us to their house for a get together. party. During that time we will present the gifts to them and their children

If I see something I believe will be well received, I buy it "whenever" and try to not lose it. I shop for my daughter and her family when I get a list.

I donĀ“t. I only buy a present for my youngest granddaughter Sofia. The rest has cookies, jams and the like made by me.

I don't shop, as I basically just give money or git cards. I only have 4 to get four, so I just never shop anymore like I used to. I do love shopping though, but since my family only wants money or gift cards, it makes it much easier, as I don't have to go early that way.

I don't by for many - 1 is done, 1 is almost done - that leaves the dog and she gets the most!

I don't do Christmas shopping. . . my habits of shopping will not change between now and the end of the year. . . well, they may because I will try to avoid all those people scrambeling to buy over priced items!
