Today it is local election day. Many mayor are up for election along with council members. Also, there are several bond and millage proposals. There are always some controversial issues to vote on depending on where you live. Generally, voting is extremely light. The big election is a year from now. Still, I will be voting today to let my voice be heard. How about you?

We usually do vote. But I don't think there is anything really to vote on here. I'm not technically in a city so we can't vote for mayors or things like that. I don't think our township has much going on.

I am ashamed to say no, I never vote in the local elections I have no interest, nothing ever changes and it matters little who is in office. We have a select person since we are a small town.
