yes, my parents are alive, but they are getting up there. I wish I lived closer to them, but I am not sure what it would be like if I was. They are both doing OK, but have some health concerns. I do love them, but they haven't been the world's greatest parents....however, I suppose I haven't been the world's greatest daughter!
