Welcome to MyLot!
No there isn't a MyLot app and nor, at present, are there plans for one. An app for a site like this requires considerable programming expertise and expense. I am sure that the owners are monitoring how many users are accessing the site with phones or tablets and will use that information to decide when it would be appropriate to build an app.
