Good Morning, Happy Happy , Joy?

Greeting fellow mylotters from always S unny and always dry Southern California. i am up and was nice and warm, till I passed an open door to the great outdoors on my way up.I took the cranky elevator as the big one out of order again. I stopped to read a post before making my own discussion. @Bluedolls discussion triggered a memory sort of. Who was the idiot on TV who was always going Happy Happy, Joy Joy. There were days when if I heard him say that on more time I would either throw something or barf. Sure I like to be happy but not slap happy.Who was this idiot? Another one on TV I used to get so irked at was Barney. I would love to write a song about running over Joy Joy ha ppy happy and Barney at the same time,. lo,l Myhubby used to turn that on I think just to tease me as he knew how much I hated those two lol.

Good Morning dear MsHatley I think just to tease me as he knew how much I hated those two lol That is quite me. I do many things to tease and even annoy my wife at times - just to have her attention and many a times this keeps the love between us alive.

yes it was his way of making me laugh at him as I knew he was not being mean lol he had a great sense of hu mor my son does too yes there was never any malice in himn at all.

Good day to you Patsie. I used to have a teacher in high school who was the happy, happy, joy, joy type all the time and her grin was so strained it was sad. I guess she didn't believe in showing real feelings!

I ha ved met people like that that you begin to feel like their grins will break their face lol they make me sort of nervoud like mahybe theyh will fly all apart

@Hatley Yes! That's how I feel. This teacher was nice, but her smile was very strained and painted on all the time, which made me feel it was a mask covering a lot of pain. Even when she was getting onto a student who was misbehaving, that smile was there.

breakfast was great b ut I have had mouse trouble all day it wou ld stick and i had to turn off the computer then turn it back on to get it to work again. b ut I did get some m ylotting down in s pite of the mouse. lol.

I don't know who always said "Happy, happy, joy, joy," but Sy and Phil on Duck Dynasty always say "Happy, Happy, Happy!" I always laugh when they say it, although I can imagine that eventually it will get annoying!

@Hatley Yes, it does get annoying after a while! But I haven't seen the show in about a year, so I'm sure if I sat down now and watched it I would get a laugh out of it!

There was a cartoon, Ren and Stimpy, on the Nickelodeon channel. They used to sing the Happy Happy Joy Joy song. It was a chihuahua and a cat. I'm surprised you would have seen them, you wouldn't have had kids when they were on.
