Colors on my mind

I have a kaleidoscope of colors whirling around in my mind. This happens whenever I start thinking about designing cross stitch or jewelry. Before I start designing I go through color combinations in my mind. It sounds crazy but for me it works. I have always love putting colors together. I can't wait to see the results. Boy, I more ready to work than I thought. Do you see colors in your mind?

I get totally wrapped up in the colors and I want too many colors and too many projects are competing in my mind to be first to be made.

@Rollo1 when starting projects or working on ideas I place the colors together on a white towel to live with them awhile. I can picture them in my mind but sometimes I am unable to get the shade I have pictured.

My mother used to cross stitch. I had tried it once, but my thread always came loose and I had to get her to rethread my needle. Here's a wild combo for you: I wore a gray skirt, a medium shade of pink shirt, and hot pink stockings to church Sunday. lol
