Getting ribs removed to have a thin waist

I guess wonders shall never end in this world. I don't know whether you have seen this video of a lady who got her ribs removed so that she can have a thin waste. Currently she is 16 and she want to go to 14 so that she can beat the currently record holder.
I find this ridiculous for someone to go this far. If you check the video she appears beautiful before the transformation. If asked i would wish she stayed that way.

It is very sad how far some people will go for what is viewed as beauty. Unfortunately, some cultures actually encourage people, especially girls and women, to do harm to their bodies in the name of beauty.

@Missmwngi That is pretty crazy, especially if she is inspired by cartoons. I would love to walk off a cliff and just keep walking as long as I don't realize that I have left the edge and am walking on air, but that just is not going to happen in real life.

one thing i remember that in our body we not have to do to much experiments because we are born with good body structure,if we try to change it then it may be in trouble,we have to happy with all thing with body ,though we fat or thin or else,she is ridiculous and maybe don't know what happened later.

It's really shocking. Just to beat a record. this is really height, now a days few people do whatever to grab attention or for publicity, even if they have to risk their lives.

I remember that the first time I heard about that surgery was one that was performed, also for aesthetic reasons, upon the singer Cher. It was done decades ago.

If she gets an accident as of now her inner parts would have nothing to protect them
