What do I get a son bachelor 56 who lives in a on bredroom apartment, cooks for himself sometimes. I have thouoght of food stuffs but he is on a health kick no sugar, salt etc.' perhaps toiletry items, things he needs, like soft soap things he has to buy all the time., Any suggestions? My budget is very small.
He is a computer nerd but most of that stuff is very expensive and he already has all sorts of gizmos.

When in doubt, give him a gift card! 
Maybe to Wal-Mart, since they carry just about everything you can think of. That way he can pick out what he needs/wants.
