Today is a Grandma Day

My daughter and son in law are going to Boston for a Christmas Party. Since they plan to have a couple drinks they wanted to stay the night. With their busy schedules today they needed to drop Jack at 7 a.m. this morning. Later I will pick up Josh and keep the two of them overnight. I have the cookie dough all made and waiting in the fridge. Later we will make snickerdoodles for the church and for home. At the moment Jack has taken the cushions off my sofa and is using it as a trampoline. As long as he is occupying himself for a few minutes while I catch up here I am okay, It is a tough couch and he won't hurt anything. Later I have promised him we will go out to lunch and then to the playground. I will have a pretty busy afternoon so I figured I had better get my post in this morning and I will catch up later with everyone.

Ohh same here my kids ,niec e and nephews arenusy with jumping on grandma's cushions.They enjoy this bpuncing alot.

How wonderful doting grandma! @bellestarr I'm sure the kids loved the love and attention you showered on them. Usually, they don't get enough of it from their parents. Consider yourself Blessed!

Jack is named after my dad too. I always wanted to name one of my kids John but I ended up using it as a middle name with my son Jason.
