Great stress reliever

For me, coloring is a talent that has evolved. I was never into kid stuff before, but when I lost my ability to write I had all this energy I couldn't get rid of. So I went to Mickey Mouse, and Minnie and Donald Duck. I still have many of those.
But my passion is for adult coloring now. I can't write, so I gradually found coloring to be my escape.
This coloring is mine out of my butterflies and flowers coloring book. I feel I have to mention the book because I didn't draw the pictures.

I recently bought one of those adult coloring books. They seem to be all the rage. Sadly I'm not very good at it.

I think anyone can do them. Maybe you are using crayons? If so, go and use pencils. They are much finer.

I think it is a wonderful hobby, personally I would like to paint like Matt does but I don't have the talent.

Yes coloring is very enjoyable. I can't call the pictures mine because the pictures drawings come in a book. I just color them and use my creativity on them.

Agreed, I draw and paint myself, but sometimes it is great to just sit and colour. Some of the books are great works of art in themselves. As for those who say it isn't creative...please don't get me started!
