what is your favorite Christmas memory?

I think mine is something I hated as a teen, but loved as a young child and then again as an adult...was a Christmas eve party my dad's family always used to have. Everyone sang Christmas carols and got gifts..fun time with family...sadly, it faded out over time..as the kids grew up and most moved away.

I rarely visit with my family these days. My Mom is here with us this Yule but plans to hit the road to live with a sister next month. I'd probably not celebrate Yule if it weren't for my hubby. Having two people is super lonesome when the day is just another day. Got to at least eat rich food.
