Another Balboa Island Christmas Picture

This Balboa Island Christmas is one of my favorite .. Santa Claus arriving on a paddleboard.
I love the imagination of the people who decorate their homes (or have them decorated by professionals.)
I want to point out that all along our walk the roses were in bloom, because it was nearly 70 degrees out. It was beautiful!

Oh, yes! I heard that Australia had a heat wave last week. I would imagine a few Santa's will be out paddleboarding there, too!

@DeborahDiane I just love that picture! It is interesting to see how people celebrate Christmas where there is no snow. However even though I live in northern Europe we too now have unusually warm temps.

a nice and beautiful Santa on a paddle board. Well, I see some Santas here on a parachute, climbing up the chimney, but I think this "climbing up a chimney" is giving the robbers the idea on how to illegally enter a house.

It seems as if once a year I hear about some burglar who gets stuck in a chimney. Most chimneys are waaaay too narrow for a real human being.

I really find it hard to enjoy Christmas where there is no snow. but then it is what it is. lovely photo. even here tho, I have to admit Christmas was pretty great when daughter was here

Yes, roses bloom here in Southern California the year around, if you keep them fertilized! It is wonderful.
