HOW DO YOU SHOW LOVE?

Speak the truth. Telling your partner the truth is a loving thing to do because it shows trust and respect, and it creates a deep connection. If you want to share the depth of your love, but don't know how, it's all right to say exactly that. If you're scared you'll do it wrong, then state that. The truth doesn't have to be positive to be meaningful. It just needs to be true for you. Show your spouse unconditional acceptance. Abandon expectations and love them no matter what they do. Expressions of disappointment and disapproval of your spouse arise out of unmet expectations and undermine your efforts to build a mutually satisfying and safe environment.

You show love by saying it, by doing things for someone. For respecting them and their choices, for trusting them. For by being by their side no matter what.

Straight up tell the person you love him/her. That what I do to my hubby all the time. I just tell him.

You can convey your love to your partner by calling when he/she is at work or leaving notes or smses for him/her during the day . Let your lover know when you are thinking of him/her and how much you miss spending time together. Sometimes despite being in a very happy relationship partners need a little reminder to know how much the other person cares. If you are the one in need of some affirmation, tell your partner that it makes you feel more secure knowing that he/she loves you.

I am wondering this myself right now. I always say I love you but I guess actions speak louder than words. I really feel my husband's love when he sees I am tired and he tells me to go lie down and he will finish cleaning up. I know he loves me when he comes for a walk with me. I know he loves me when he takes me out to lunch. I know he loves me because he is here. He comes home every day to me.
