Watching World Junior Hockey

Right now Canada is playing Switzerland. It is 2-2 in the second period. Some of you may be wondering how I am watching it since my husband cancelled all sports channels awhile back to try and save a few bucks a month. Well, while he was away I got online and got the package back. It was so disheartening to not be able to watch the Blue Jays as they made it so far in major league baseball, and now I couldn't cheer for my own country. My husband had previously said I wouldn't be able to get the package back because I don't know his password. Ah, yes, his PHONE password. I am the one who handles the account online. I got online, live chatted with a representative and had my sports channels back on my television within minutes. Like I said in another post, if I want something done I have to do it myself... and so I did.

I convinced DH to cut back on our package. He still has sports channels but somehow doesn't get the hockey games he wants. So far he is choosing complaining over just phoning them and getting what he wants.

My husband didn't care about the sports channels because the sport he wants to watch most is golf and it is always shown on network television (which always runs late upending the television schedule for the rest of the night!).

Glad you have your channels back. It would be awful not to be able to watch your favourite teams.
