Reason behind your username

Reason behind your username? I’ve always been kevin1877uk online ever since I came to being online around about 1997/98 I always believe you should use the same name along with you photo than people will know you from other websites. When I came to online I didn’t know what to use, I’m not one for using Kevin so not sure why I used that but it’s ok and I don’t mind so much these days people call me Kevin. OK so why 1877, 1877, isn’t the year I was born that would be 1964. So why 1877? 1877 was my old works clock number, it was the only thing I could think of at the time. Then of course UK speaks for it’s self that I came from the UK. So put them all together and you’ve got kevin1877uk What is the reason behind your username?

When I was a very little girl (less than 2 year old), I used to sing an old Italian song about Poppies and Ducks. My family started to call me "duckie" the nickname followed me all my life. So for my online identity I decide to use LadyDuck.

mines pretty easy. T for my frist name initial. And Gray is my last name. I picked it because of my dad. When my dad was on Bubblews or any other site his name was MGray. So I picked TGray. I have been using it since bubblews and I have been using it for others sites ever since. I have also used the same photo too.

Cool, so taken your father idea then. I didn't know your father on Bubblews, when was he there, If it was the last year then I wasn't there much after all the big changes.

@T_gray I joined in March 2013 the site hadn't been opened that long when I joined, 6 months or so I believe. I was there every day from then until the big changes back in October 2014. From then on I wasn't there much. Prior to then I was there every day and was on of the top earners there.

I used to perform as a clown with a Christian clowning group. I developed an earthy, down home character named GardenGerty. I really liked her kindness and aspire to be more like her, so I use her name. It took me some time to realize that I should use the same name everywhere online, but that is what I do as well. If you stumble across someone posting as Garden Gerty it is pretty likely to be me.

@ScribbledAdNauseum what a cool meaning behind your screen name Heather.I was telling my husband about something you had said and he asked did you like gardening. I would have never thought being a clown was the reason for yours.

I just thought of it Kev and it is because I simply love the ocean. Then when I saw it other places, I saw that it was the same name as a tanker ship lolz

"Four Walls" was a massive hit by my all-time favorite singer, Jim Reeves, and the song credited with starting the "Nashville sound" in country music.

@kevin1877uk -- My tastes in music go back quite a bit, too. "Four Walls" was a hit before I was born, but Reeves' biggest hit, "He'll Have to Go," was # 1 the day I was born.

I love to fish, when I was one year old my father nicknamed me Tiger and 58 is the year I was born. I wanted tigerfish at the first site I ever registered at but couldn't get it. So I settled for fishtiger. And the rest is history. Been using it since like 1998 wow almost 20 years amazing.

This is off topic but since we are talking about the 90's.... Read a facebook post that said in four years the 1990's would have been 30 years ago! That is very hard to fathom!

There is really no reason for my username except that I love roses, so my daughter came up the username that I have. It seemed to stick and I just kept it. I know it is different, but that is okay, as it makes me unique that way.

@kevin1877uk I guess since she thought of it, and I like it, then I decided to just keep it. I kno it sounds funny, but I keep it becasue my daughter thought of it, s otherwise I might not have, if I had thought of it.

my username is the same username that i use in social networks where i don't want to divulge the real me. not that i change my attitude in the virtual world or i don't want people to know me, it's just that i want to separate the public me from the anonymous but free me. pretty complicated? ah i'm sure you get the drift the number has no meaning though. it was forced on me when i created my account here haha

I have fibromyalgia. The "Goddess" part comes from the fact that I prefer to handle my fibromyalgia with love, kindness, and understanding of myself. Versus "warrior" which means fight, anger, hate. These things make the symptoms worse.

The name that I am using was the name of a Greek God, albeit one of the lesser known ones. Many screen names are chose with rapidity Though that does not negate their validity But Koalemos is mine And it suits me just fine For he was the Greek God of Stupidity

I was also wondering if 1877 means something special to you. For me, I have always been using kaka135 since I started to online since 1997 too. kaka is my nickname, when I registered with kaka, it's already taken by someone else, so I just added a number - 135, my birth date. I think I started to use happymum as my username when I registered at Bubblews. At that time, I was just thinking of using another username to better represent myself. kaka135 sounds like a young girl to me, and happymum sounds more match to me now. Some Chinese like to call little child, especially girl with doubling up their name (the last word), my name is Lee Ka, hence some friends call me kaka.

@kevin1877uk Yes, I believe there's always a reason behind it. I am glad I used "happymum" in Bubblews, as my son always saw it and called me happy mom. It helps me to remind myself to be happy and gentle. He also calls himself happyson.
