Hey guys!
Just a very quick survey on the earnings part of MyLot.
Since I am new on here I have been asking a lot of questions. Apologies. Can't really blame me but just wanted to know from the best of the best and that is the users themselves.
What is the highest amount that you have reached or earned here on MyLot in one month?
Do you set targets for yourself? And have you achieved them?

1 Month is not over for me to join mylot. But I completed 1$ in 10 days.

@cxndie I think so Candice- I think you and I joined just about the same date, and I noticed on one of your posts you had made 50c that first day, which was about what I had made too. Plus we haven't even figured out how to use the site very well yet. I am sure we will make more in the future.

In my opinion, I think that you make more money by creating a new discussion which also gets much response, more than simply interacting.

The only targets I set for myself are to deal with all my notifications, liking and commenting where appropriate, and to at least look at any discussions suggested to me and to respond to as many discussions as interest me and to which I feel I can contribute something useful (or amusing). I also try to welcome new users and always keep an eye open for Guideline violations.
The amount that anyone will earn in a month (even with a fairly constant activity level) depends very much on the amount MyLot is able to set aside to pay users. In October last year, for example, earnings were generally high, presumably because there were few active users and, possibly, more money to distribute. I notice that my average monthly earnings has been steadily declining over the last two months, though, as more people join. This was entirely to be expected and makes 'goal-setting' (in terms of amount earned per day) rather pointless.

I haven't earned as much as some, but the months I did get paid, I made over the minuimum payout. This month is one month that I won't be paid, as i didn't do much in December, but it seems now, that I am doing better, since the new year has started, and that is a good thing. I am going to try to interact as much as I can, and hope that others will interact back, but not every one does. It is a shame too, but I can't force them to do it if they choose not to.

@cxndie I do post discussions. I have over 100 posted, and I just posted another one yesteday, that I am interacting with, as I am getting more respones and comments to it. I try to post at least one discussion a day, and if not everyday, I will post one at least once a week. I find it hard to come up with a good topic sometimes, and when I do, I immediately post it. You can check out some of my discussions, and see if they are interesting enough to you to respond to.

For this month, the most I earned was 30 cents but I am not very active compared to others. I will try to make a goal to reach close to $1 for 2016 but we shall see. I wish you all the best here on myLot.

@cxndie No I am not joking! I do not spend much time on myLot just on my free time. I used to be actively on myLot before and made more but now I am more busy. I just enjoy myLot as a way to write, vent, read on my spare time.
