Fitness Journey 1/7/16

Alright so i havent written in a while because I have had a lot to do this week so far. I am excited though because today my fitness tracker is supposed to arrive! I can not wait for it to get here.

I have started a fitness regimen several times and dropped it. I have fibromyalgia and my only form of exercise is on the treadmill. Too much brings pain to my legs at night. I recently decided to break it down to 3 times a day for only 20 minutes instead of trying to go for an hour straight. I did it one day for 20 minutes and that wasn't too bad. The next day I did 20 minutes twice that day and didn't sleep well at all that night. I do have a cold and know I should be resting and not exercising so I've stopped for now.

Whatever works for you is what you need to do. Seems like you are doing well despite the cold. Definitely get rest and get back to your best so you can keep going. Hope you get well soon.
