Do you worry about what others will think, before taking a decision?

We all have had to take important decisions in our life. I have seen many changing their decision they wanted to take just fearing what others will think about it.
I think thats nothing to bother about. I dont care what others think as far as it doesnt affect them by any means. Its me who have to live and experience its consequences whether its good or bad.
But I dont object it either to hear from them about your decision. But I would do it only with the ones that do care about me.
What do you think?

There is no harm in keeping other peoples opinion in mind while making a decision but that shouldn't change your decision. You can take peoples views into consideration but you should only make a decision based on what you are comfortable with.

I do not care what others think, but I will think about how my decision will affect them.
If they are going to suffer because of my stupidity or selfish desire, then I rather not do it.
If it does not concern anyone, I will just go ahead and do it.

In my view, If your decision affects others then its not a problem to change it. But if it doesnt affect any others, there's no need to worry about what others think. In my region, people dont like certain jobs as it doesnt suites there 'status', and they think like what will others think if Im doing that job!

I think it is good to not care about what others think of your choices. But sometimes it could be good to ask people what they think if you are feeling stuck. Hearing other peoples ideas may help you out.
And if in the end it turns out your decision wasn't all that good then no one should have the right to judge. At the end of the day it is what you learned from it. You now know to handle that situation differently.

I haven't really cared in the past, and I probably should have. If I had thought about things more I would probably have married better... and only once. Or maybe I wouldn't have married at all. It's hard to know. Hindsight is twenty twenty. I can't have any regrets but I should think more before I make future decisions.

I used to really care about what others think but as i am getting older I am starting to care less and less about that. If something makes me happy and is the right thing I will do it. I do pray about every decision before making it though.

To be honest, I don't. I make decission for my good, I will think what is best for me. I don't make decission to make others happy, to satisfy their taste. I don't want to be a hypocrite who wants to make people like me at all cost. If they don't like or disagree with my decission, that's rheir problem,. I'm open for any advice from others but to make me do what they think I suppose to do is a big NO.
