Early bird attempt

Last night i wrote a post saying i want to change from being a night owl to an early bird and here i am. Day one and i have manage to wake up early. It is 5.30AM here. Later i will help my niece prepare for school and continue Mylotting. I hope to manage to go through the day without having a nap as that will help to send me early to bed at night. So lets see how this works

Let us know how you get on. Don't think I'd cope with getting up at 5.30am. That is a time that I interpret as 'middle of the night'. lol. Guess I'm definitely more of a night owl.

Ha haa i had to take a 20 minute nap but i am good and going. If i was on my normal night routine i would not be here now lol

@Missmwngi I don't tend to go for a nap, even if I'm tired during the day. I find I just feel miserable and grouchy if I'm really tired. Good though that it sounds like you are feeling the benefit from your nap.

I love to sleep. I usually get 8 hours a night, it makes me feel so good and rarely tired.

Maybe if you are one or the other it will be difficult to swap. I am a 'morning person' and get early every morning without any trouble. Good luck with your plans.

go to bed at ten oclock pm and I really overslept last night, Iam supposed to get up a 6am dress and get do wnstairs b by 7 am b ut i woke up at 7 so had to really scramble to get down there fr myh breakfast

I'm in bed by 11pm every night unless i go out with my boyfriend or friends. I'm always up by 8am every day as well.
