Last night at about 4:30AM my fiancé woke up not feeling well and kind of freaked out. He woke me up to go to turn on the lights because he didn't want to move. After a few minutes of him trying to get himself together he told me that since 3AM he was hearing light footsteps that couldn't have belonged to anyone else in the house, he was feeling really cold even though he was completely covered by our large blanket, and that when he went to scratch his ankle the corner of the blanket where his itchy ankle was thrown back by something. He has had some paranormal experiences before we met in this same house and every now and then it seems they still occur. One night when he came home late from work he was spooked by the large black figure that he almost ran into in the kitchen, but when he looked around it had vanished. before we met and he first moved into this basement apartment we have he heard 3 hard knocks on the door that leads to the outside. There was one night when our son woke up crying hysterically and when I went to check on him at his crib he continued to cry while pointing to a dark corner of the room which we don't really go to. I was a little freaked out by that and just brought my son into bed with us that night. Could these happenings be of a paranormal nature? I don't doubt that they could be, but I don't want whatever the reason for these happenings is to harm us or our son. Have you had any encounters of the paranormal kind?
